Thank you for your interest in joining The Boisclair Corporation! We are always interested in quality future employees in the following roles:
Property Caretaker – Pick up a great PT job – right where you live! General cleaning of public areas including laundry room, grounds keeping, assisting with snow removal and the deep cleaning of units between residents. Required availability for this position is on the last day and first day of every month, other than that, a flexible schedule can be arranged. Discounted rent is a part of the compensation for this position.
Maintenance Technician – This role requires a skilled worker in overall property maintenance who is responsible to make necessary repairs to keep our properties and our residents’ homes in excellent shape! The Maintenance Technician must possess very good face to face customer service, and be skilled in basic plumbing & electrical, appliance troubleshooting & repair, and have a Class C Engineers License or an HVAC Certification. This person is solely responsible for one or two buildings and works alone and therefore is not a position where training can be provided.
Compliance Specialist – The Compliance Specialist has primary responsibilities for processing IR, IC, TM, and creating the applicable 50059’s, TICS and other certifications, obtaining reports and documents needed for compliance and maintaining files that document compliance in all areas.
Leasing Agent – A Leasing Agent works at keeping our units full! They maintain a listing of interested prospective residents and show available apartments or town homes. An agent also assists prospective residents in completing the required paperwork and collecting the necessary documents in the application process. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are crucial to success in this role.
Property Manager– The Property Manager has responsibility for the entire property and is the leader for the rest of the property team. They are responsible to ensure that the team is accomplishing goals in all areas including resident relations, turning over units, ensuring quality property maintenance, managing lease agreements, screening resident applications, resident and employee safety, collecting rent payments and all other tasks that are required to provide a safe, clean, living environment.
Assistant Property Manager – The Assistant Property Manager collaborates closely with the Property Manager and is responsible for the property in their absence.
