Michelle Bonine, Director of Property Management

MIchelle Bonine is responsible for the performance and management of the company's 1400+unit rental portfolio and supervising the property management teams. Her 25+ years of industry expertise and leadership are key in implementing training and education programs, managing employee incentive programs, protecting the well-being of the physical assets and marketing the company's properties.

Michelle has been a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association since 1995. In 2003, she was awarded MHA's MADACS Award for Outstanding Multi-Site Manager. Michelle holds a CRM (Certified Resident Manager) Designation thru MHA and is a licensed real estate agent.

Karen Parks, Director of Accounting/Controller

Karen Parks' leadership experience in property accounting includes over 20 years overseeing acquisitions and refinancing, bonds and tax credit financing, audits, association and rental property management. She directs the Boisclair accounting team in both affordable and market rate property accounting and was a lead member in the recent Yardi Database Conversion project for Boisclair. She has a B.A. in Accounting and International Management and was nominated for a MADACS award in the Property Takeover division.

Molly Eytcheson, Director of Compliance

Molly Eytcheson is responsible for ensuring compliance with local and federal affordable housing programs. In her seven years of affordable housing compliance experience she has earned TaCCs and COS certifications and worked with numerous housing programs including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Section 8/202, Section 236, HOME, and tax exempt housing bonds. Since joining Boisclair Corporation in 2009, Molly has developed and enhanced infrastructure and manager training to ensure on-site compliance for our existing portfolio and provided integral oversight during lease-up of acquisition/rehab projects.

Stephanie Schmit, Director of Human Resources, Administration and IT

Stephanie Schmit has over 20 years experience in administrative management. She has an M.A. in Human Resources and holds a SPHR national certification for Human Resources. Since joining the Boisclair Corporation in 2006 heading HR for both property management and restaurant Boisclair ventures, she has expanded her role to include project management of the Yardi Database conversion and ongoing database oversight in addition to technology management.
