Recent project - 2012; Fox Hills Village, Watford City, ND – A community development located in Watford City is a combination of apartments, townhomes, single family homes plus shopping center and office development. When completed, Fox Hills Village wil consist of approximately 1,150 dwelling units with accommodations for approximately 2,600 people. A four-star hotel is also in the planning stages.

Recent project - 2011; Park Place Townhomes, Rosemount, MN – Completion of substantial rehabilitation to 36-unit townhomes financed with funding from the current Administration's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.
